Firms and individual practitioners can apply to list a defined service that is genuinely free. Discounted work, a free sales consultation or paid follow-on work presented as free help does not qualify.

Applications stay closed until email verification and the operator-only review area are fully configured. This prevents unreviewed providers appearing publicly.
